Warm roofs combine a vapour barrier, thermal insulation and waterproofing on top of your roof.
A warm roof is a type of roof construction that has a thermal insulation layer above the roof deck. The insulation is covered by the waterproofing membrane system. It incorporates a vapour barrier in between the thermal insulation and the roof substrate. It preserves warmth through insulation and protects the building from the elements through a waterproofing membrane. Constructing your roof this way makes your structure more energy efficient throughout the year, which means you’ll spend less on heating and cooling in different seasons.

TPO/SBS Fire Retardant Standard Capsheet
For waterproofing of different locations including plywood and concrete flat roofs, podium decks, balconies and terraces. The waterproofing membrane is designed to be left exposed. Protection of the membrane is optional. This product has been certified and tested on its fire retarding capacity.

Solvent based bitumen primer
DuO Primer is a solvent based bitumen coating. It may be used on dry and porous surfaces. Easily applied surface conditioning primer to use before welding or gluing of all types of DuO modified bitumen membranes.

DuO Primer is a solvent based bitumen coating. It may be used on dry and porous surfaces. Easily applied surface conditioning primer to use before welding or gluing of all types of DuO modified bitumen membranes.
Root resistant
A flexible waterproofing membrane with a dual reinforcement and a double polymeric bitumen coating. This membrane is designed as a cap sheet for multi-layer or single layer torched application, for root resistant waterproofing systems (green roofs).
APP Basesheet
A flexible waterproofing membrane consisting of a mixture of penetration bitumen, improved with APP (Atatic PolyProplene). The material is reinforced with a non woven polyester of 175 g/m2.
Thickness 2.5 mm measured on overlap. The upper side is finished with a mixture of talcum and sand, the underside with a sacrificial film. It is used as an underlay for torched or mechanical application.
SBS Basesheet
A flexible waterproofing membrane consisting of a mixture of penetration bitumen, improved with SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene). The material is reinforced with a non woven polyester of 175 g/m2.
Thickness 2.5 mm. The upperside is finished with a mixture of talcum and sand, the underside with a scarifical film. it is used as an underlay for torched or mechanically fixed application.
Drainage & filter layer
The drainage layer can be applied as a horizontal or vertical drainage under a moderate soil or ballast loading (up to 200 kPa). This layer also protects the waterproof layer from mechanical damage.
